The situation
GroupChat Motives needed more than a promotional homepage. The concept had to behave like a ticket office, a booking concierge and a compact sales deck while keeping the brand's social energy intact.
What we made
The responsive click-through prototype gives each commercial path its own route. Public events lead toward ticket selection; private celebrations, team socials and venue partnerships lead into questions shaped around that enquiry.
- Dummy ticket selection and checkout states.
- Tailored enquiry journeys for four service paths.
- Editorial typography, asymmetric layouts and restrained campaign colour.
- Desktop, tablet and phone-width interaction checks.
Design considerations
The underlying identity uses warm paper, dark ink, condensed editorial type and candid event photography. Seasonal artwork can become louder without forcing the permanent website to compete with every campaign.
Boundaries
This is a design prototype rather than a live booking system: it demonstrates the journeys but takes no payment and sends no enquiries. Third-party reference photography is not reproduced in this case study.
